What is FitFlexCore?

Small Classes + Low Client-to-Instructor Ratio (classes have a maximum of 5 people)

A results driven workout that combines 30 minutes of Pilates with 30 minutes of Weight Training in one focused, efficient session. Improve flexibility and strength all in one workout. Its a system built to strengthen, align, and energize every- BODY.

Pilates:
