Fusing classical and contemporary Pilates techniques, I create dynamic, flow-style sequences that challenge each muscle group while honoring the practice's core principles of longevity and sustainable strength. Through Houston's premier Stott Pilates method I continue to refine my approach in bringing the most effective methods to both private clients and group classes.

As a recent Kinesiology graduate, I enjoy combining my background in exercise science with a holistic approach to health and wellness. I believe movement is medicine and love creating empowering spaces where every client can grow, heal, and become stronger each day.
