    With more than a decade of dedicated experience in the fitness industry, I have proudly served as a Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor. My passion lies in the fusion of these two exercise disciplines, which I believe offer clients the most comprehensive and effective total bod workout.

    Throughout my career, my unwavering commitment has been to guide and support each of my clients on their fitness journey, while building a vibrant and enduring fit family where health and well being flourish.

STOTT Pilates focuses on using core stability to generate superior neuromuscular performance by using spring based tension. The exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints. This unique approach helps activate the deeper stabilizer muscles of the body, bringing balance and strength to your overall fitness routine.
