    Throughout my career, my unwavering commitment has been to guide and support each of my clients on their fitness journey, while building a vibrant and enduring fit community where health and well being flourish.

    My Pilates journey began over two decades ago and has since evolved into a deep commitment to education and guiding others toward their strongest, most confident selves. Fusing classical and contemporary Pilates techniques, I create dynamic, flow-style sequences that challenge each muscle group while honoring the practice's core principles of longevity and sustainable strength. Through Houston's premier Stott Pilates method I continue to refine my approach in bringing the most effective methods to both private clients and group classes.
